..Well, some people asked me “how did you make the glow effect on your character?” …well here is t he answer, is kinda trippy to do, but this will help you to make light effects like for the sun ,light bulbs or glowsticks.
What you need:
1.the color pencil with the glow color you want
2.an eraser, that’s all.
Just follow the steps and look at the “Glow effect Sheet” on my gallery to see how this tutorial would work .
Remember that you only will use this effect when the inking is done, if not, the color pencil will drag the pencil lines and it will screw your drawing.
